Integrity
Clear about what PearSecure does, what it does not do and who is responsible for operational delivery.
Who we are
PearSecure exists to make the process of identifying and engaging security provision more focused, informed and commercially straightforward.
Our mission
We believe effective security starts with a proper understanding of the environment — not a pre-packaged answer.
Our role is to help organisations articulate what they need, identify relevant service options and open structured conversations with independent operators capable of delivering the agreed service.
We aim to bring discipline to the commercial process: clear requirements, credible introductions, defined scope and honest communication from first enquiry to proposal.
Our commitment
Security decisions affect people, property, businesses and public confidence. We approach each enquiry with care, discretion and a focus on the outcome the client is trying to achieve.
Our principles
Clear about what PearSecure does, what it does not do and who is responsible for operational delivery.
Start with the site's use, operating profile, people, assets, risks and the client's priorities.
Encourage appropriate licensing, competence, insurance, governance and service scope checks before an appointment.
Explore an arrangement that responds to the requirement rather than adding complexity for its own sake.
Keep the distinction clear between commercial introductions, the client's legal duties and a provider's delivery obligations.
Support constructive relationships and reviews as a client's sites, risks and operating requirements change.
Our role
PearSecure is a security growth and business-development organisation. We help scope requirements and explore introductions to independent security providers. We do not currently claim to be a guarding contractor, alarm receiving centre, SIA Approved Contractor or direct employer of frontline security personnel.
